Parents' Events Booking System
The school has introduced a new easy to use online appointment booking system for Parents' Evenings and events. The system allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. We are confident this will be an improvement to the previous system and welcome any feedback from parents.
The system is now live for the whole school. Parents/ guardians can book appointments with immediate effect. The earlier you access the system the more choice you will have regarding booking times. Should you wish to make any changes after the closing date or if you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be able to assist you.
Please visit https://plumsteadmanor.parentseveningsystem.co.uk with this link to book your appointments.
A short guide on how to add appointments is available to download here.
When logging in to the parents evening booking system you will need to enter the same parental information we hold on the school's management information system including a parental email address and the following information:
Student’s First Name Student’s Surname Student’s Date of Birth
If you have difficulty logging on to the system, in the Forename field try using just your 'initial' only ( ie instead of Ann just enter A). In some cases we do not hold the full forename of each parent and the booking system is looking for an exact match of the information held on the SIMS system.
If we do not have a forename or initial for a parent then it will not be possible to log on; in this instance please contact the school office on 020 260 3333 or visit the school reception who will be able to assist you.
